Baptisms are celebrated for parishioners who are actively participating in Mass for at least three months and have taken the pre-baptismal class. Baptisms are generally celebrated only after the 5:30 pm Mass on Saturday, and after 11:30 am and 1:30 pm Masses on Sunday. All paperwork must be submitted and approved at least one month prior to date of baptism, as well as a donation of $40. 
Please come by the parish office to begin the process.
 
Requirements for Godparents:

• Must be Catholic and at least 16 years of age
• Have received the sacrament of Confirmation
• If married, must be married in the Catholic Church
• If single, neither Godparent is cohabiting
• If San Martin Parishioners, must be registered and active for a minimum of three months
• If not San Martin Parishioners, must obtain an affidavit from home parish confirming that they are active Catholics in good standing.
• Have taken a pre-baptismal class within the past two years.

For baptisms for older youth and adults, the office will have information
on the necessary programs.
